The iGuide was launched to Rave reviews at the Global Gaming Expo, Las Vegas
The iGuide uses the very latest Microsoft technologies to provide an exciting, fun, and memorable way to navigate a customer’s adventure throughout the hotel, casino, and retail environments. In-room and web-based applications are part of iGuide’s development path. A visitor to a Casino will view choices in the form of Navi-Keys on a Large touchscreen and make a choice from Slots, Table Games, Restaurants, Bars, Promotions, Progressives etc to view a map displaying a route to his desired object/place. A ticket printer will provide numerous marketing and promotional opportunities. The iGuide has been developed on a SaaS (Software as a Service) business model. The advantages includes low cost of entry, easy deployment, frequent software upgrades and enhancements, and a dedicated iGuide support and development team. The iGuide also has a very easy to use Console Master which allows real-time edits across networks and provides multiple administrators with rights and privileges.
